Currently on leave to serve as a Research Fellow at Max Planck Foundation, Mr. Soliman is a Pre-trial Judge (Judge-Rapporteur) at the Judicial Department of the Egyptian Council of State. Formerly, he served as a Prosecutor at the Egyptian Public Prosecution and an Assistant Lecturer of Public Law at Mansoura University in Egypt.
His research interests are Constitutional Law, Regulatory Governance, Public Sector Reform, Administrative Law, Regulatory Agencies, and Competition Authorities.
